Is your device not getting ^SISR: URCs when you receive socket data? Odds are that you did, but only read a portion of the data available. Until the full data from the socket is read, the module will not produce a new URC upon new data being recieved. Some visual examples from AT commands and an example of a full SISR reader in C are attached.
