Hello,
The problem is probably because you are trying to setup UDP endpoint to listen for datagramse on the specified port. And this functionality is available since revision 3 while you have revision 1 module. Unfortunately it is not possible to upgrade revision 1 module to revision 3. You need revision 3 or 4 module.
For revision 1 you should be able to setup UDP client by specifying a remote host and port. Then you'll be able to send datagrams and receive replies.
Best regards,
Bartłomiej
Can u please advise me model of modem with module revision 3 or higher, or where i can find this information?
Hello,
The information on built-in module version is not directly printed on the terminal. I'm waiting for the information if and how it could be retrieved from the sticker data. Anyway you can always ask the supplier.
Best regards,
Bartłomiej
