Midlet is running through at^sjam=0,"a:/Name.jad",""
When I try to stop it, with at^sjam=2,"a:/Name.jad","" the Midlet read it as incomming data and drop this error. How to successful stop the Midlet using commands using Java code?

Hello,
I can see in your log that your application is using at least one of the serial interfaces for reading data from some external device. In such case you can't send AT commands to the module on that interface. You need to use some other RS232 or USB interface that is not used by your application.
In case of EHS6 module for example you have 2 RS232 interfaces, 6 USB COM ports and one USB modem port (not all USB ports can be used for AT command - please try - you will find all USB's in Device Manager).

Bartłomiej
yes, now is working normal !, thanks !
