stop Midlet through commands | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

Midlet is running through at^sjam=0,"a:/Name.jad",""

When I try to stop it, with at^sjam=2,"a:/Name.jad",""  the Midlet read it as incomming data and drop this error. How to successful stop the Midlet using commands using Java code?
