There's no support for cookies in HTTP over AT commands. You could set "cmd" parameter to "HEAD" instead of "GET" to read the header instead of the body. And in such a way you'd be able to read "Set-Cookie" sent by the server. But you would not read the the response body then.
But all should be possible with Java API.
