Hello, I'm looking for modules that support SAT Timer Management commands. On my shortlist are the EHS6, BGS2-W and ELS61. Do any or all of these support toolkit Timer Management?
Many thanks.
Hello,
These modules do support SIM Application Toolkit.
Could you write more details about your solution and timer management commands that you need?
You can also look at the AT commands specifications for the modules here: https://iot-developer.thalesgroup.com/documentation/download-documentati... where all the AT commands including SAT functionality are described.

Bartłomiej
Thanks. This is for eUICC compatibility. The GSMA document "Remote Provisioning Architecture for Embedded UICC Technical Specification Version 3.1" Annex G Device Requirements section requires that the module supports, amongst other things, "POLL INTERVAL, POLLING OFF, TIMER MANAGEMENT [at least one timer], ******** (TIMER EXPIRATION)".
According to the AT Command Specifications it seems that there is no support for Timer Management. Is this simply an error in the AT Command Spec or is it indeed the case?
Thanks
Hello,
Our devices support eUICC. For such a solution you will use AT+CSIM command for the direct control of the USIM. Indeed in the AT Commands Specification these commands, that you specified, are not listed explicitly, but it is also written that the other commands will work but the correct interaction of the USIM with the EHS6 is not guaranteed. That could meant that the other commands were not fully tested. But as on the other hand the eUICC support is claimed to be possible the necessary commands should be working correctly. This is quite a new feature so that might be a reason why the AT commands specification is not updated with the necessary commands.
If you are interested in eUICC implementation I'd recommend you to contact the local Gemalto office - I believe that they will be able to provide you more information about these commands and maybe eUICC implementation hints.
Best regards,
Bartłomiej
