Because if you want to use your GPIO's on BGS5t and probably on other terminals, you need to configure them trough SSPI command, I created a small Java program where you can do that trough GUI.
It's quite simple program where you set GPIOs trough checkboxes, select COM port and click confirm button. At the end terminal will shutdown.
Program was just tested on BGS5t.

Thank you for the nice application! I tested that for an EHS6T USB Release 3 A-revision 14 and it is
working fine.
It would be nice if Gemalto could make a similar tool for us, including all I/O, watchdog and later the LAN.
