SDKHello 

An old customer is trying to usea their Java program in the new EHS6 Rel.4. The problem is that when he tried to dowload the new SDK and recompile the code, he couldnt install Netbeans or Juno (attached images)

FYI He is using WIndows 10

Hello

During Gemalto SDK installation there is a possibility to install Eclipse or serach the PC for already installed IDE's for integration or you should be able to later integrate your IDE manually. For Eclipse for instance you open Preferences / Java ME /Device Management, click manual Installation and specify the directory. 

Which way did they try? Were there any errors during Gemalto SDK installation? I can see on a screen the integration from Netbeans. There's an information about the log file - maybe there's more information.
