Hi everyone,

I'm using the modem to connect an RTU device to internet via a Hologram.io SIM card.

The modem works fine with other operators, but it won't work with Hologram. I'm using simple PPP connection with AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","hologram" and ATD*99#.

Using the built in functions for HTTP requests, it work just fine.

Hello,

Can you write some more detais about the error and paste some logto show what exactly is happening?

Please also try to explicitely indicate the CID number in ATD command (ATD*99***1#). Please also check the AT^SGAUTH command and configure the configuration type.

You might also try to test this with PC instead of your device for comparison.
