Hi everyone,

I would like understand if is possible to have autoanswer for VOICE calls, with the PH8-P Module.

I know the command ATS0 but I am not sure if it is only for data calls or also for voice call.

Hi,

Extracted of the AT command manual for PH8-P Rel 3.3, chapter 7.9

7.9 ATS0 Automatic Answer

ATS0 controls automatic answering mode for MT data and voice calls. 

Hello,

It should also answer voice calls but only in the latest release 3.3.

thanks for your reply.

If I buy a PH8-P module with FW 3.0, is It possible to update the FW to the latest release 3.3 in order to have AUTO-ANSWER for VOICE calls.

Hello,

It should be possible to update from 3.0 to 3.3. But I suggest you to also talk about it with the technical sales person before you buy the modules.
