Hello,
we've a problem with Cinterion MC52iR3 modules: network registration seems not to be working.
We've already checked different SIM cards from different operators without success.
AT+CREG?
+CREG: 0,2
If we select the operator manually, we get this:
AT+COPS=1,2,26203
+CME ERROR: phone busy
If the module is powered on, we get this:
^SYSSTART
+CIEV: mcclock,1
ATI

REVISION 01.301
AT+CPIN?
+CPIN: READY
AT+COPS=?
+COPS: (1,"E-Plus",,"26203"),(1,"Telekom.de",,"26201"),(1,"Vodafone.de",,"26202"),,(0-4),(0,2)
