Hello,
for a better understanding, is attached communication scheme.
Mreža EHS6t.jpg
All I I need from modem EHS6T is that forwarding TCP and UDP port 3001 on the IP 192.168.41.210.

As I understand form your scheme you just need to connect from some PC on the internet to the PLC via EHS6T LAN terminal's WAN interface.
So indeed you should only need some port forwarding like in a standard router.
As there is OpenWrt Linux distribution used for managing the networking (which is usually used for routers and similar devices) and EHS6 module is only used as a modem the forwarding should be done in OpenWrt system. I can't see this as a standard feature in the hardware description document. So I think that you should search for that in OpenWrt documentation or forums as Gemalto does not provide support for extended configuration or own features implementation in OpenWrt.
Best regards,
