Hello,
I don't know what module you are using. But generally you should be able to communicate over serial interface without additional drivers - just set the default configuration parameters: 8 data bits, no parity and 1 stop bit. You can use any terminal for serial port communication. For USB you would need drivers. For any documentation and software for your module you can ask your local supplier where you got the module.
