I just want to ask if there any documents that will guides us user of PLS83 and PLS63 to update its firmware via usb or serial can you help me?
Hello,
There are dedicated application notes documents for some more specific functionalities. In case of the local firmware update it would be AN16. There is also AN17 for remote firmware update.
If you got a firmware update file from your distributor or your local Thales contact person, you can also ask for this.

This is not available for download until you have access to our extranet. You can request it from your distributor of the person who is going to provide you the firmware for update.
