Is there a Global LTE solution that Gemalto offers?

We have a requirement to comply with LTE in US, Europe and ROW?

Hello,

Currently there is no one device variant that would work in LTE all around the world.

LTE is a quite new technology and because of that there are too many different frequencies used in different parts of the world.

Can you please through some light on the solutions available for the US and Europe market along with timelines?

To my understanding there is a -X variant that is expected to cover entire US market. When will this be available?

There is also ALS3-E and ALS3-US which are going to be released soon but there is no official date I could share with you:http://m2m.gemalto.com/tl_files/cinterion/downloads/datasheets/gemalto_d...

You can try to ask your local sales - maybe they will be able to tell you more or they will have some pre-release samples earlier.
