Hi

Is the Gemalto EHS6 modem approved for the Japanese marked???, can anybody here help me with approvement certificions documents???

I need a certificat document for the Japanese marked. Jate Telec Japan, MIC

Do Gemalto support any GSM modems approved for the Japanese marked?

Hope some one can help with some documentation

Hi,

The EHS6 modem module has Jate/Telec technical  approvals for the Japanese market.
To my understanding the approval is valid for NTT DoCoMo only / Data only.

It is useful to communicate with e.g. TÜV Japan when making the end equipment approval.
Japan has a list of approved antenna solutions that is mandatory to be used.

Please request the documents from your Gemalto sales contact.
