a simple question....if EXS82-E (with RAT ranking LTE-M first, 2G second) drops from e.g. LTE-M to 2G due to a lack of coverage of LTE-M network....
When (timer?) will it try to reach LTE-M again? Or will it stay in 2G forever?
It will scan for higher priority RAT network every one hour, and will register to higher priority RAT even original network is still available.
Is there a chance to lower this timer value?
Other module providers offer an IRAT timer change at-cmd.
As far as I know it is not configurable with AT commands. But maybe there is a way to customize it. The value is stored somewhere in NV items. Please contact your supplier about that. Please note that lowering this value may also cause some increase in power consumption.
