[ENS22-E] CFUN problem when setting the full functionality level | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

Here is the module:
ATI
Cinterion
ENS22-E
REVISION 02.000
OK
When I try to set the CFUN to full functionality:
AT+CFUN?
+CFUN: 0
OK
AT+CFUN=1,1
OK
^SHUTDOWN
\sHI2115-ssb-codeloaderl\e\sHI2115-codeloader&\e
^SYSSTART
AT+CFUN?
+CFUN: 0
OK
The CFUN keeps equal to zero.
I believe, without this full functionality level, I cannot have AT^COPS? working.
Any idea about what is causing CFUN to not be set to 1 after reboot?
Hello,
Does the module not register to the network after reboot? How about you set AT+CFUN=1 and then AT+COPS=0 if the module replies CFUN0?
Could you also check ATI1 reply to verify the detaied firmware version? Does it happen on one module or you have more wth such a behavior?

ENS22-E
REVISION 02.000
A-REVISION 01.000.02
OK

AT+CMEE=2
OK
-------------
AT+CFUN=1
+CME ERROR: operation not supported
AT+COPS=0
+CME ERROR: operation not supported
AT+COPS?
+COPS: 2
OK

I tested in both modules, and the behavior is the same.
I also have in hand one ESX82, and the CFUN works correctly, without any problem.
Hello,
This is strange. Is the SIM inserted? Please check at^SCFG?, at&v and at^smoni outputs.
You have the revision 2 modules which are probably not yet released as final products, so maybe you should contact the person who has provided you with these modules.

The SIM card was not inserted.
Now, the problem was solved. Thank you.
