Verizon requires FOTA, which is supported in Version 4.3.3.0. My module does not recognize the command AT^SFDOA and is running version 4.3.2.0 so I assume I need new firmware. Where can I obtain the latest firmware so I can check if my FOTA commands are working?
Thank you,

Hello,
You need to ask your contact person in Gemalto (somebody who has provided this module to you). I can't see this firmware in the customer repositiry.

Bartłomiej
Just to verify, Version 4.3.3.0 is required for FOTA support...correct?
Allan
Hello,
Have you tried the test command "AT^SFDOA=?" and it returns just ERROR?
Can you paste the complete ATI1 output?
Anyway this module is not yet a release version and I don't have a complete information but A-REVISION 4.3.3.0 should support FOTA.
Regards,
Bartłomiej
I understand, my modules have 4.3.2.0 which does not support FOTA and I have to get the FOTA information verified so I can get through Verizon certification. So what I need is the update tool and firmware to upgrade my 4.3.2.0 modules up to 4.3.3.0 so I can test FOTA and make Verizon happy.
Thank you,
Allan
If you have tested that "AT^SFDOA=?" returns just ERROR and your A-REVISION is 4.3.2.0 then you need a firmware update. The module that we have - REVISION 4.3.2.1b A-REVISION 4.3.3.0-30753 L-REVISION 3.7.6 - does support this command.

Bartłomiej
Thank you Bartłomiej, I will talk with my module provider and get the update.
