Good afternoon, my EHS6t usb does not recognize the sim. I have tried sim from different companies without results.
Hi!
Have you inserted the SIM so that it snaps to hold? The SIM can be pushed to the holder by using a small
screwdriver etc. If you can see the SIM coming out about 2,5 .. 3,0 mm, it is not pushed deep enough.
Please insert the SIM with the circuit side facing upwards.
Best Regards,

Hello yes, the tarteja is well inserted. The status light is every 1 second. this happens with different sim. With command: AT + COPS? does not indicate the company of the sim
Hello,
Have you tried AT+CPIN? command? Please execute AT+CMEE=2 before.
The SIM is correctly inserted when there's a click and the whole card is inside the case. To get it back you need to push it - then there's anothet click anf it gets off.

Bartłomiej
Hi,
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION
execute the commands:
AT + CMEE = 2
ok
AT + CPIN?
+ CPIN: READY
CONTINUE WITHOUT RECOGNIZING THE SIM
THE SIM IS CORRECTLY INSTALLED there's a click and the whole card is inside the case
REGARDS,
LUIS
Hello,
If the answer from CPIN command was "+ CPIN: READY" the module has successfully communicated with the SIM card, the PIN was entered or the SIM does not require PIN. You'd get the text message that SIM was not inserted in case it was not correctly installed. You should also see "+PBREADY" URC which means that the module has completed reading data from the SIM and it is ready to use.
So if there is still a problem please describe what exactly is happening. Please also paste the replies for AT+CREG?, AT+COPS?, AT^SMONI, ATI1, AT^SCFG? commands.
Best regards,
Bartłomiej
HELLO
I have tested the SIM with MC55i modem and it works correctly. But with the EHS6T USB modem it does not work. The status LED flashes every one second. The sim is correctly installed.
I've tried sim from another company without results
Then he sent the indicated procedure:

OK
AT+COPS?

Hello,
Registration status 3 means registration denied. Did you tried manual network selection? Please send AT+COPS=0 to force the automatic network selection and check if it registers.
Is that SIM card any special like 2G only, data only, etc. There must be a reason why the network denies registration with that device while it is possible with the old MC55i.
Have you tried with another SIM card to verify if the module registers?
Please also send AT+COPS=? to display the available networks.
Regards,
Bartłomiej
The sims are 3g. I have tried with different companies.
Send the indicated commands and these are the answers at+cops=0 ERROR at+cops=? ERROR at+cops? +COPS: 2 OK
hi
Will there be any internal changes in the modem? I've tried several modems of the same model and they all have the same problem.

Hello,
If COPS command returns error maybe the module is busy with some network search operation - you could try more ***** a little bit later. And please send AT+CMEE=2 before to see more information in case of error. Or it's in airplane mode - you activate it with AT+CFUN=4 and deactivate with AT+CFUN=1 - but in this case you'd see the URC informing about airplane mode and according to SCFG output the default CFUN is 1. You can also send AT+CEER command after the registration fails to check if it returns any information.
I suppose that you have the antenna connected. Please check the firmware version with ATI1. Are these devices new, have you done any configuration changes, were they working before? Are the SIM cards from local operators or roaming? Can you paste any log with commands you send and URC's like ^SYSSTART, +PBREADY etc.?
Regards,
Bartłomiej
