I'm running into an issue where I lose socket configuration after 11 hours of operation. The following log shows the last succesfull heartbeat (hb every 20 minutes to server) to failure. What would cause the socket info to get lost? Note, all other system functions continue to operate.

These settings are volatile and will not preserve the reset but if there was no reset it should rather not happen.
It seems that there is no reply from the module in the end?
I can't see in the log where you check the configured connection profile with AT^SISS?. You just check the AT^SISO? and start to configure it again. Please note that changing the <srvParmTag> "srvType" of an existing service profile resets all <srvParmTag> default values to suit the new "srvType".
Please also see the AT^SIPS command which can save and load the settings of the internet connection and service profiles from the non-volatile memory. It could help to restore the connection parameters if they are lost.
Please also provide the ATI1 response.
