EHS5 Error: "Below lowest temperature limit" | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

We are get an error "Below lowest temperature limit" [^SCTM_B: -2] when starting the module and there is a signal (1,8 V ) on ADC pad.
As soon as there is not signal on ADC, it goes to ^SCTM_B: -1 and to normal operation [^SCTM_B: 0] in few seconds, but if signal still in the pad the module restarts and never get to normal operation.
How it can be avoided this behavior?
Hello,
According to hardware interface description document for EHS5 the maximum allowed voltage on ADC is 1.2V.
Maybe that's the problem.
Allowed voltage at analog lines in Power Down mode is -0.3 - 0.3V.
The normal temperature range is between -30 and +85 degrees C with a tolerance of ±3°C - it should not cause any URC.
Is it only one module that behaves like that or there are more?
It could also be possible that the particular module is broken.
In that case you should contact your local Gemalto office or distributor and report broken module.
Best regards,
