Debug RAS problem with WIndows 10 and EHS6T | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

Hi !
I am testing with EHS6T REL 03.001 and NetBeans IDE 7.2 (Build 201207171143 with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
I can build programs, copy them to the Windows MES window, start and stop them and direct the stdout to usb4.
But when I try to debug, I will get: "Debug RAS connection is not installed!"
"Please start Cinterion CMTK setup in maintenance mode and select "Repair"."
When I repair, I will get: "No supported module found, the debug RAS-connection has not been updated."
I could do all in Windows 7; how to configure the software for Windoes 10?

Hello Antero,
Unfortunately Windows 8 and 10 are not supported yet. This is probably the reason of your problems.
The latest supported OS is Windows 7.

When will Windows 10 be supported? We do not use Windows 7 anymore.

Hello,
I don't know any official date at the moment.
However I have heard that some users were able to use this debugging with Windows 8 and possibly 10 also.
So it might work but there's no guarantee.
You could try two things:
When installing debug connection please make sure that you wait until all EHSx drivers will install.
Run the setup and when there is an information that scanning will start please make sure that all EHSx USBs are already reinstalled (reinstallation occurs on each debug connection installation) and make sure that windows is no longer searching for any drivers. Then start scanning by pressing Next button.
If the above will not help try to display and uninstall (with some freeware software) all the Cinterion drivers that were previously installed on the PC - it's possible to do so even for the devices that are not currently connected. And then try again.
You also need to change the system settings to allow the drivers that are not signed.
