Couldn't connect to TLS 1.2 Server with EHS5-E | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

This problem is much related to the following topic

https://iot-developer.thalesgroup.com/threads/couldnt-connect-tls-12-server-bgs2-w

It is the same case. Using EHS5-E, while I'm able to connect to servers that accepts TLS versions with versions lower that 1.2, trying with a server that forces TLS 1.2 doesn't succeed.

Each time I receive the following error

^SIS: 0,0,50,"Fatal: Service has detected an internal error"

Knowing that the modem revision details is EHS5-E, REVISION 02.000, A-REVISION 00.000.19.

  1. What the TLS version supported by the modem?
  2. What it is the cipher suites list that is supported for this modem?
  3. If there is a newer firmware image for the modem that fixes the issue, How to get it? and How to update the modem firmware?
