Concept board RX pin as GPIO | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

I'm using an external shield that need to be turned on by sending a signal to the Arduino D0/RX pin connector. I find that the Concept board documentation (Hardware Interface Description document) section 1.1 "Key Features at a Glance" shows UART/GPIO, but no mention of switching to GPIO in the following pages. Is it possible to use this RX pin as GPIO programmatically? How?
Hello,
Some EHS6 lines are shared between two interfaces. You will find the table with all shared lines in the Hardware Interface Description document for EHS6 module. To change the assignment there is AT^SCFG command - please see the details in AT Commands Specification document. In the hardware document for the concept board there is additional configuration for concept board hardware that might be needed.
Please see this link for the EHS6 documents: https://iot-developer.thalesgroup.com/documentation/download-documentati...
