Hi,
Two question on battery support on the Concept Board:
- What type/kind of battery can be added to the Concept Board?
- What is the approximate time (hours, weeks, months, year, ...???) a Concept Board can work powered by a battery (without recharging)?
Thanks.

Hi,
What a the ***imum voltage at Battery Pads? 4.1V or 5.5V?
In concept_board_hd_v01b_tcm216-162901.pdf doc I found following info:
2.1.6 Power supply
A chargeable Lithium+ battery pack can be connected / soldered on the BATT pads. The on-board circuit charges the battery pack up to 4.1V with *** 250mA. This battery pack can operate as the main power source when the USB power is not connected. In such case, the 5V Shield Interface supply is drawn from the battery pack, and is therefore equal to the battery voltage (allowed range: 4.1…3.3V).
4.1 Limiting values
Parameter Min *** Unit
Supply voltage on USB ports -0.3 5.75 V
Supply voltage on BATT terminal -0.3 5.5 V

Wojciech
Hello,
4.1V is about the on-board charging circuit - if you connect the rechargeable battery to the BATT pads it will only be charged up to 4.1V by the on-board charging circuit, if you connect the power source to the board.
5.5V is the maximum allowed voltage that you can (safely) connect to the BATT pads.
