BGS5T Max127 I2C not responding | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

Hello,
I am using a ***127 ADC but I cannot get it to work with the BGS5T. I know the slave address is x28 with the write bit and the control-byte (data) is x80. After opening the I2C connection with "AT^SSPI= 0000,0000,0000" I pass "<a2880>" and I always get "{a-0001}" in return. I know that the address and data values are correct because I use them in other projects but for some reason I cannot get it to work with the BGS5T.
Any ideas as to what I might be missing?
Thanks.
Hi,
I haven't used I2C for quite some time, but you can check this thread: https://iot-developer.thalesgroup.com/threads/bgs5t-i2c-communication-an... and maybe you will find something usefull.

Hello,
Please provide more information how you connect your hardware and some log how you configure and use the i2c interface.
Have you seen other threads about i2c?
Please see for example these:
