Hi
I am accidentally deleted JRC midlet, so now BGS5 don't work properly. I know that is my mistake but is some way how JRC.jad install again ?
Thank for every help.
Hi,
Yo can reinstall the FW with the windows application, or just request the jad and jar files to your local Gemalto M2M.
Transfer the correct files to the FFS, via MES or at^sjdl, and install the JRC again. do not forgot to enable the autostart for the JRC

Somewhere over the rainbow!!! Looking for the Oz Land!!!
Thank you very much for your response.
I have the installation CD "bgs5_rev01.100_install-cd" with software for communication with modem, but I have not found on the CD any program for reinstall the FW.
What is the name of this program and where can I get it?
With kind regards
Martin
Hello,
This program is not the part of installation CD. The program name should be something like bgs5_gwinswup_revXX.***_arn******X. As Antonio has written you could get the appropriate one from your local Gemalto distributor. You should check the ATI1 reply to get the firmware version installed on the module in order to install the proper JRC or just request the latest firmware version with appropriate JRC.

There have been already two updates. So you can ask for the latest version and update the whole firmware.

Hello. Linux envinonment so no MES....
I need to upload only the JRC deleted/missed files, NOT the firmware, must I just use GLINWSUP or AT^SJDL?
Thanks

Hello,
You can use AT^SJDL to easily download JRC files to module and then install with AT^SJAM command.
But you could also use GLINSWUP for that. Please see this tutorial: https://iot-developer.thalesgroup.com/tutorial/ehsx-linux-firmware-updat...
