Hello,
Due to the supply problem, we are trying to procure components on the world market.
We have now been offered a BGS2 module with the ordering number S30960-S2210-D400-1. I can't find any info in the net about this ordering number.
My questions:
1) How does this module differ from the L30960-N2210-A400 (official ordering number from document BGS2_HID_v04.030)?
2) The label contains a CE mark. Are the RED requirements fulfilled for this module?
Many thanks
Hello,
Most probably this is an ordering number of a terminal which includes the module inside.
I need to consult this to be sure.

Thanks
Hello,
I'm sorry but my previous reply was not quite correct.
I consulted these number with somebody who knows their meanings.
L numbers are for packages (with tray and sealing) containing modules with S numbers.
So the package with L30960-N2210-A400 would include the modules with S30960-S2210-A400-1 numbers.
And this particular number: S30960-S2210-D400-1 means the special firmware with some customized settings prepared for one of the big customers. Form HW perspective it is the same as S30960-S2210-A400-1.
Best regards,
Bartłomiej
