Hello,

We're on the process to test both the modules PLS8-US and PLS8-X with the starter kit (DSB-Mini & DSB75 adaptor) on the U.S. with the AT&T operator.
We have issues when we send the AT+COPS=0 : it always replies 'ERROR'. And it happens only with AT&T.

The question is : why ?

Hello,

Could you please provide more details?

Does the module register to the network? Is the SIM card PIN protected? Is PIN entered? What is the current setting while you try to enter AT+COPS=0? Please try AT+CMEE=2 to check if there is more details about the ERROR.

Please provide AT^SCFG? output.
