MV31: DNN/5G vs APN /4G, 5QI/5G va QCI/4G, Network Slicing/5G vs Private Network/LTE...

in 5G NR, especially under the 5G standalone SA mode, there are many differences to LTE/4G.
- DNN/5G vs APN /4G: In 5G NR, DNN (Data Network Name) is used vs APN (Access Point Name) in LTE/ 4G EPS.
- 5G QoS (5QI) vs 4G QoS ( QCI): In 5G NR, QoS is at the PDU session/QoS flow level, QoS flow packets are classified and marked using QoS Flow Identifier (QFI). in LTE / 4G, QCI QCI (Quality Class Indicator) is based on EPS Bearer, and applies to a bearer within which certain types of flows are specified.
- 5G Network Slicing vs 4G Private Network: In 5G NR, slice information (NSSAI) is based on service offered to UE. Network slicing/5G is different to Private LTE/4G as they have different use cases in practice. Private network (smart factory, airports and ports, campus networks, financial institutions etc.) requires a Dedicated Core Network with full network infrastructure, as it is not shared with others. Instead network slicing is for customer applications nationwide ( e.g. fleet management, tracking systems within country boarders...) via reliable and controlled service within 5G NR MNO networks
