Error AT^SJAM=4 on BGS5T | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

Hello,
I have module BGS5T with JRC: Java Remote Control MIDlet Suite","Cinterion","1.50.8","1"
If I use AT^SJAM=5 I get normal response but on AT^SJAM=4 I get: +CME ERROR: not found
What is the reason? Is there any change from JRC 1.50.3 to 1.50.8? Is there document that describes changes?
Here is output of at^scfg if it helps:

Hello,
Error is not the correct answer for AT^SJAM=4 - you should be able to get the list of installed MIDlets regardless of the fact if JRC is running or not. It looks like the module can't read the list of installed applications. Is this permanent on this module? Are you able to run all the installed MIDlets?
For this problem you can run gWinSwup application and additionally check the option 'Recovery File System'. I believe that it should help here.
As for JRC versions there is a dedicated JRC for each firmware so you should update both of them. Please check ATI1 reply. There is a release note document for each firmware release.
Best regards,
Bartłomiej
Hello,
there should be another MIDlet installed and it should start with autorun, but it is not in the list of the runing MIDlets. But I am not 100% sure if it is installed since AT^SJAM=4 is not running.
This module came back from the field so at the start when it was configured AT^SJAM=4 must have been working or we woulden't shipped it out.
I have bgs5_gwinswup_rev01100_arn0000010 do I need new version for JRC 1.50.8? If so, where can I get it?

Hello,
I've sent you an email. Please try.

Hello Jure,
If FW update with gWinSwup application with 'Recovery File System' option checked did not help you may not be able to fix this. I think that you should then contact your local Thales technical sales or distributor or submit a defect with SalesForce system and request a replacement within RMA procedure.
Best regards,
Bartłomiej
