EHS5T do not answer on AT-commands after updating firmware | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

Hello to all. I needed to update the firmware to another version. The update process failed. After that, the modem stopped responding to AT commands. I used gWinSwup V0.0.1.13. Attempts to update again failed.
Are there any other upgrade options?
Hello,
If for any reason the firmware update fails after the old firmware deleting has started and before the new firmware is installed completely, there is no valid firmware on the module. gWinWsup should generate a log where you should be able to find more details about when the procedure failed.
But even though there is no firmware, there is still a bootloader. In such case the module wakes up in the firmware download mode. For the first 10 seconds it is possible to start firmware update over ASC0 - you should check "No Firmware in Module" and press "Start". After 10 seconds the module waits for the firmware on USB - you need to check the options "Use USB Swup" and "No Firmware in Module" and press "Start".
Firmware update packages are distributed with a dedicated gWinSwup tool as one single executable file. I see that you have a universal gWinSwup tool which is not part of a standard firmware package.

Hi Bartłomiej,
Can you send me a link to download the actual version of gWinSwup.
