Hello,
Can you also paste AT^SCFG? output? Have you tried to unplug the module, change the setting back or to different value etc.?
Is it the first time you have changed bands? Have you tried with any other ENS-22 module?
I personally haven't used this module and haven't found any information about such problem so far.
Best regards,
Bartłomiej
Hi,
Yes, I tried to unplug the module several *****. I also restored the default settings. The module is still in minimum functional mode.
The modem with which we have a problem is in our prototype device.
I have a different module ENS22 on DevKid board, with him there are no such problems.

Hello,
I can't see anything bad in these settings.
This module is not yet a release version. I think that you need to report it to your contact in Gemalto or the person from whom you have these modules and have it simply replaced or fixed.
