AT+CLIP Not Supported for CDMA | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

Hello,
We are using a Cinterion PXS8 module with Sprint. When I try to use the AT+CLIP command, I get the error, "operation not supported for CDMA." Why is this? Is there an alternative command I can use to get the caller's phone number?
The complete command and error message:
AT+CLIP=1
+CME ERROR: operation not supported for CDMA
Thanks,
Christopher
This command refers to the GSM/UMTS supplementary service CLIP which may not be supported in CDMA.

Oh, okay. Thanks for your reply. Is there any alternate way to obtain the caller's phone number for CDMA? I tried using the AT+CCWA without success.
Thanks,
Christopher
Hello,
The AT+CLIP command is not available in CDMA mode. If you want to check your current calls you could use AT+CLCC to show the list of current calls and status of them (active, held, dialing, etc.). If the number is not displayed you should probably ask the operator if the service is active.
