Hello,
This is not a standard command and EHS6 module does not have it. This may be a proprietary command form some other manufacturer. You need to search the AT commands specification for EHS6 module - maybe there is some other command that has a similar functionality.

Hi !
The CCED command is "Cell Environment Description Indication" that is used by e.g. Multitech and Sierra Wireless.
The similar Gemalto command is AT^SMONI and AT^SMONP for neighbouring cells.
