EHS6 useragent problems. | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

I have 2 EHS6 devices. If I perform an "AT^SJAM=5" I see that one has JRC-1.56.42.jad (A-revision 00.000.42) while the other has JRC-1.56.54.jad (A-revision 00.000.51). These two devices behave differently when I perform an AT^SJOTAP. The 42-variant shows up in the logs as "EHS6/357042068028407 Profile/IMP-NG Configuration/CLDC-1.1" while the 54-variant only has "Profile/IMP-NG Configuration/CLDC-1.1".
How do I get the 54-variant to produce the same behaviour as the 42-variant?
Extra info: The notify message does contain this information (on both variants).
Hello,
JRC MIDlet is a part of the module's software and each firmware has dedicated JRC version. During firmware update procedure both should be updated. In your case they match.
Generally according to the documentation IMEI should be a part of the User-Agent during OTAP so that the device could be easily identified. This is not configurable by the user.
I'll try to test this and will get back to you.

Hello,
I have tested this with EHS6 REVISION 03.001 A-REVISION 00.000.51 and got the same result - there was no IMEI in the User-Agent. This behavior is inconsistent with the documentation and previous firmware releases. So I will report this and it should be changed in a future release.
Best regards,
Bartłomiej
Great, thanks!
Any news on this issue as I am having the exact same problem
Yes, there is an update - the new firmware A-REVISION 00.000.55 has been released where the problem is fixed.

I've looked on the website, but was unable to find where I could find this new firmware (and an update guide). Now this may be due to my lack of searching skills, so I am left to ask:
Where can I find this new firmware?
If you don't have an additional agreement to have access to Gemalto extranet there's no place you can find this. Please check your email.
