I have one AT&T Sim card which cannot be read by PLS8 (other AT&T sim can be read), even the CCID. I have tested it in Moto G4 mobile and it can be read but the sim seems not work with every mobile. Anyone meet this problem? Please advise. Thanks.
Below is the AT command I used:

Hello,
From what you have written it seems that this particular SIM is damaged or there is some other problem with it. Is it the same (same series, bought together etc.) as the other AT&T SIM cards that are working fine? If it's not damaged there might be for example some problem like pads placement may be a little different than it should be. Or the particular SIM may be programmed differently or contain some additional data field that is not done according to the standard which may work in some devices and in some may not.
