EHS6 with embedded Java as normal modem | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

Dear All, Currently I'm using EHS6 as a normal modem, but due to some of the AT Commands send from my device are not available in EHS6, hence Java is used to replace these commands with the equivalent commands from EHS6. The problem that I'm facing is that when the device attempt to make a PPP dial-up using ATD*99***1# it gives me an error (+CME ERROR: unspecified GPRS error) even though the GPRS parameters has been set via AT^SJNET. Therefore I would like to know: 1. Is there any way that to send ATD*99***1# or equivalent API to the module when Java is running. 2. I am also thinking about a workaround to temporary off the Java MIDlet just before the PPP dial-up and turn it on again when EHS6 is in command mode. Is there any indication when the device is back in normal modem mode? I really appreciate for any advice and many thanks for considering my request. Regards, kwlee
