Hi,
I want to make a pulse counter with a BGS5 in java but no exemple in doc,
Can you help me?
Hello,
There is only a general GPIO example application which you can find on installation CD. After installation you will find in under this or similar path (depending on your OS): C:\Users\Public\Cinterion\EHS5 WTK Examples\EclipseSamples\Gpio5V_lib. If you are using the terminal or concept board you need to additionally configure the GPIO interface with i2c interface - you will find it in the example.
For pulse counter you can use just two classes: StartStopPulseCounter or LimitPulseCounter with one interface LimitPulseCounterListener. The detailed description is in the API.
Before starting with GPIO please also check the configuration with AT^SCFG? command, especially if "Gpio/mode/PULSE" is set to "gpio".

Ok thanks,
Its working, but the pulse counter stay to 0 (I have an arduino pulse generator).
I need to pull up or pull down?
The pulse counter is GPIO8 on BGS5 (documentation) but java doc say GPIO10?
Please check if the voltage levels match for BGS5 and your arduino generator. You might need some level conevrter. In case you have a terminal or concept board you also need to do additional configuration.
