Hello Gemalto. Is there a way of reading the phone number of a SIM card connected to the Concept board?
Hello,
You can use AT+CNUM command to read the own numbers if there were any saved before. Please also check the AT+CPBS command for selecting the phonebook memory storage.
Generally the phone number is not stored on SIM. You can read the IMSI number which is a unique 'International Mobile Subscriber Identity' with AT+CIMI command.

Sorry for not making it clear.
Im not interested in reading the numbers stored in the phonebook. I want to know the number of the specific simcard!

Hello,
If I understood you well you'd like to read the phone number (as the number you use to dial when you want to make a call) assigned to the SIM card.
So as I have written before this number is not stored on SIM card. You can only save it by yourself in a dedicated phonebook storage in order to be able to read it with the dedicated AT command. Please see the AT commands specification document for more details.
The phone number is ONLY stored in the network provider's registers and NOT on SIM card.
The number that is assigned to the specific SIM card and is stored on the card is IMSI number. And that number you can read with AT+CIMI command.
Best regards,
Bartłomiej
