Hi,
when i try to start the 'IP Connection for remote debugging of EHSx' i get always the error 734. (The PPP link control protocol terminated..).
Anyone knows what to do to get this working again?

Andy
Hello,
I don't think I've ever seen this error in the context of on device debugging form Eclipse or Netbeans.
Could you please provide more details?
Was it working before? How are you using this connection? Have you installed everything according to the Java User's Guide? What OS are you using? Please provide a log. Maybe you have changed something in the configuration of the connection - have you seen the Microsoft support descriptions for this error?

Bartłomiej
Hi,
thanks for your fas reply :-)
Yes, it worked before. I exactly installed the IDE like it is explained in the JAVA User Guide. But i think after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 it stopped working but i'm not sure if this is the problem.
The microsoft description says something like that there are no common link protocol for authentication..
This is the output from the console:
Using USB port COM7.
Connecting to module...
Initializing module for debugging...
Establishing "IP connection for remote debugging of EHSx"...
Registering ip address "192.168.244.1" of remote debugging device...
Waiting for debug device registration of "IMP_NG_EHS5_REMOTE"...
Failed to connect remote debugging device!
Passing control to external device emulator...

End of debug session. Emulator is closed!

Hello,
Thank you for the log. I can't see error 734 there. Does it mean that this error is reported in some Windows message window?
I think that upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 may be very significant here. Officially only Windows 7 is supported. Some customers have been using this software with Windows 8 however I don't have any information about Windows 10.
If the information from Windows support about this error is not the case here you could try to reinstall everything but result would not be guaranteed because of not supported OS.

Hello,
I had exactly the same issues with Windows 8 and 10. I changed to a PC with Windows 7 and everything worked fine. Definitely an OS issue. Does anyone know if and when Windows 10 will be officially supported??

Tony
Hello,
There's any official date at the moment.
