Hi,
We got driver from our distributor, but I want to check if there is some new version availabe (for Winb 8 for example)? The driver supplied should support Win7 64-bit, but I can't install it as well
USB driver detail: DriverVer=01/07/2013, 1.1.1.0
Modem driver details: DriverVer=08/29/2012,1.00.0000.0
Thanks!
Hi,
THis drivers works in Windows 8 and 8.1. the driver is not signet and your system will not allow to install it if you has not disabled the signature comprobation in the start up of Windows.
Just disable the drivers signature in Windows 8.x to isntall the driver

Somewhere over the rainbow!!! Looking for the Oz Land!!!
Thanks, I will try to disable signature check. Still, seems to me my driver files are little bit old. And inside inf files are no mention about Win 8. Only XP through Win 7.
Hello,
This is the latest officialy released driver.
Widows 8 is not officialy supported but it should be working in Win 8.

Thanks!
Unfortunately I was not able to install drivers under Windows 8.1 even with disabled driver signature. The USB to COM port is recognized, but for modem it does not accept driver I have.
Workaround is to use Lenovo drivers for Qualcomm, but I can't suggest that method to my customer.
I will appreciate any help, or install routine. Thanks!
Hello,
It should be working at least with Win7.
Have you been using other Gemalto modules with these computers before? Or maybe some other similar USB devices. I'd start with finding some freeware software that would be able to display all USB devices and drivers (even hidden and not currently connected) that were ever connected to the PC. Please then remove all Gemalto devices and try again with the installation. Maybe you will also find some unused devices.
Have you tried to install this terminal in some other system version?
Is it working fine with Lenovo drivers for Qualcomm?
Can you send the ATI1 command reply?
