EHS5-E not responding. How to restore to default? | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

Hi guys!
Can anyone tell me how to reset the EHS5-E module on the B80 Starter Kit. I had initially loaded the HelloWorld sample code without providing support for the AT command library. So there is no response for AT commands set. Every time I power on the device, I get the following message on the COM port. (in hex) 3F 3F 0A 10 14 FA 3F 3F 0A 02 50. Please do revert.
Thanks

Hello,
Yes. I see it as COM port 6 in Java Debug Modem but not under Ports. ASC0 was COM 3. I tried to communicate with AT commands. But no reply
I donot see any other ports under Ports.
Tried to update the firmware on COM6. Failed to open COM port!
Was waiting for your reply!
Thanks

Hello,
Please check Diagnostic tab and try testing the modem.
Please close the terminal connections to the module, reset or switch on the module and then try gWinSwup.
Do you have other modules that are working on the same board or have you tried to connect to another PC?
If everything fails and you can't communicate with the module or update the firmware it seems that the module is damaged and you will not be able to repair it by your own. It may still be possible with some internal tools.
In such case please contact your local Gemalto technical sales or the supplier who has provided the module to you.

Hi,
I tried testing under the diagnostic tab. It gives an error :
Tried switching on the module and then update with gWinSwup. Failed again.
I have another module (same model EHS5-E) working on this board with no issues. I also tried on another PC on another board to get the same error message.
OK. Do let me know if there are any other tools I can use for the same.

Hello,
If you are unable to communicate with the module on any interface or update the firmware with gWinSwup on any interface while other module is working fine on the same board connected to the same PC then you have no other possibility to get the module working again and you need to contact the supplier for help.
