The EHS6 module on our new board restarts every 12-15 seconds, when I am using the ASC0 interface. When I am using the USB interface, everything works fine. What might be wrong?

Hello,
As I understand the problem occurs when the module is connected to the board of your design.
Have you tried voice or data calls? Maybe there is a problem with power supply?
And how about the level converters for ASC0 interface on your board - maybe the voltages of RS232 interface on PC are too high and that's the reason of malfunction.
Do you have any log from the module - is there anything that might be interesting?
