Why i get this error message when i try to register the mobile app:
"Your Mobile Token cannot be personalized"

i installed id confirm 1000 using typical installation, i added users and after that i tried to register the device by using qr code scan, when i access the setup portal the device does get registered and it is shown in the device id, i also get confirmation email too. everything works on server but the android app says that "your mobile tokken cannot be personalized" it does get registered on server and everything works fine on setup and user portal but why my androip app say this?

Now I see that your problem is connected with Gemalto IDConfirm 1000 solution.
This forum and community is for Gemalto m2m wireless modules developers and we don't have any knowledge about IDConfirm 1000.
So I'm sorry but we will not be able to help you here.
Please contact with the software supplier or find the contact data in the place where you have downloaded the software.
