Can't register to network (CREG status 3) on PLS63-W, works on PLS62-W. | Telit Cinterion IoT Developer Community

Hi!
I can't find a solution for the following problem:
- PLS62-W properly registers to the network
- PLS63-W fails to register with the very same SIM card
Trying to register I get:
ATI
Cinterion
PLS63-W
REVISION 01.202
OK
AT+CMEE=2
OK
AT+CEER=0
OK
AT+COPS=1,2,"26002"
+CME ERROR: no network service
AT+CEER
+CEER: No cause information available
OK
SMONI status at the time:
AT^SMONI
^SMONI: 3G,10762,491,-4.0,-80,260,01,7D01,C8000F4,32,34,--,LIMSRV
OK
Automatic COPS fails as well:
AT+COPS=0
+CME ERROR: no network service
Manual RAT selection doesn't help, either:
AT+COPS=1,2,"26002",7
+CME ERROR: unknown
AT+CEER
+CEER: No cause information available
OK
AT+COPS=1,2,"26002",7
+CME ERROR: unknown
AT+CEER
+CEER: No cause information available
OK
AT+COPS=1,2,"26002",2
+CME ERROR: invalid index
AT+COPS=1,2,"26002",2
+CME ERROR: no network service
AT+CEER
+CEER: No cause information available
OK
AT+COPS=1,2,"26002",0
+CME ERROR: unknown
AT+CEER
+CEER: No cause information available
OK
Let me state it again: this very SIM card works perfectly fine using 26002 operator on PLS62-W module.
What is the difference then?
Adding some info:
Config:
Same SIM in PLS62-W:
Are you sure that the main antenna (or both antennas) is correctly connected?
Yes, of course. I use 2 versions of Owasys OWA-450 boxes - an older one equipped with PLS62-W, and a new one with PLS63-W. I swap the boxes, leaving antennas and PSU the same.
BTW, it's the second time I see this kind of problem with PLS63-W. I had the same issue with Play network., in that case manually forcing 3G RAT solved the problem, however:
Similar trick doesn't work for my current T-Mobile SIM issue, though.
Have you checked some other provider's SIM with this module or other PLS63-W module with this SIM?
How about AT^SXRAT?, AT+CPIN? and AT+CGDCONT? outputs?
Unfortunately I no longer have the problematic SIM at my desk (we switched PLS62/63 devices to solve the problem temporarily), so I'm not able to check AT^SXRAT and AT+CGDCONT output. I'm sure AT+CPIN? status was READY, though.
I plan to get another TMobile SIM and repeat the tests. I will post an update.
