Hi,
When I use the command,”at+cfun=1,1”, to reset the module, I get an OK answer.
But the module isn’t reset and isn't restarted.
It seems like the "at+cfun=1,1" is not working.
I use the command,”at+cfun?”,to read the module’s functionality level.
It’s response is “7”,not”‘1”(normal mode).
I have firmware revision:
ati1
Cinterion
PLS8-E
REVISION 01.090
A-REVISION 01.000.01
Would you tell me how to let it work properly?
Hi,
have you checked AT command set documentation? In documentation for BGS5t it says that value 7 is reserved for the future, but I don't have documentation for PLS8.
Regards
Jure
Hi,
I have checked the document. It says that value 7 is "Do not use".
But I don't know that after I issue "at+cfun=1,1" and get OK answer, why the functionality level is changed to 7?
In the situation, the module isn't restarted.
Would you have any solution about it?
Thanks!
Best regards
Protean
Hi Proetan,
It looks like you got some early sample. I will try to get more information for you soon.
Best regards,
Michał
Hi Michal,
Thanks!
I'll wait for your good news.
Best regards

Hello,
You've got the revision 1 sample module which has never been released.
Currently there is revision 2 available. My advice would be to get the current revision sample.
Unfortunately for this module you can't flash the revision 1 module with the revision 2 firmware.
There is also one newer firmware version for revision 1 that you could try.
Best regards,
