Hi,
for Rel.4 of PLS8-US - have you checked: AT+CEMODE Modes of Operation for EPS
You might set mode 0 (at+cemode=0)
0: UE is data centric and registers to PS only. This means VoLTE calls will be
possible, if network supports it, but CSFB will not be possible. SMS will work
only over IMS, if supported by the operator.
Deactivating VoLTE calls (and SMS) as well will work via removing IMS registration:
at^scfg="MEopMode/IMS",0
--> No IMS registration, no VoLTE calls.
But no SMS as well...!
